mTraks bills itself as "part digital music marketplace, part music community". I'd like to comment on this, but unfortunately I cannot register my band there. When I went to sign up, it rejected my info, stating that there was already another act with the same band name. Upon further investigation, a profile had already been created for my band, and one of my songs was being sold as a download....
