Well, I cannot really comment on the potential of this social networking site, as it is reserved for African Americans only. However, if you are an African American musician, it would probably be worth checking out this site to network and promote your music.

This is AOL's site for music, and it includes the usual audio, video, and latest mainstream music industry news. There's also something called AOL Music Now, which apparently has been sold to Napster. I don't know if an independent artist can do anything with this site to promote their own music.
