Amazing CDs is basically a consignment sales distribution site. You send them 3 CDs (plus another 3 if you want to be part of a monthly free music giveaway) and $25 per CD title. You set the selling price of your disc, and they keep $3. They issue payment a month after each sale. All Consuming is a social networking site where you share your collection of movies, music, etc. and receive recommendations based on the catalog of like-minded users. As a musician, it might be worth creating an account and then cataloging your own music alongside similar but more popular acts.
